Please note that poster titles and abstracts are due prior to posters and videos. Read below carefully so you do not miss your dates. Late entries will not be accepted.
Further instructions will be sent by e-mail to all students planning to submit a poster, so it’s important that you check the box during the registration process that you are considering presenting a poster at the annual meeting.
ABSTRACT AND POSTER INFORMATION during the event
You are allotted and expected to pre-record a 2 minute video to speak about your poster and 2 minutes to answer questions in small poster rooms (10 – 12 posters) in your assigned time slot. There will be multiple concurrent “poster rooms” during each of the poster sessions.
Judges will be present in each of the poster rooms. Posters will be evaluated in advance to the poster competition (hence the due date is early). The poster competition will also consider your presentation and ability to answer questions.
Please contact Dr. Neha Kothari with further questions.
Poster titles and abstracts due no later than July 30th
All poster sessions must download and use the pre-formatted template for their abstracts. Simply replace the bracketed text with your text. Do not alter font size or type.
When done, save the file as YourName-abstract.doc or .docx and submit the abstract electronically using the Submit Abstract button below. Abstracts submitted by email will not be accepted.

- Videos: submit a 2 minute poster presentation. All videos longer than 2 minutes will be cut off at the 2 minute mark for the competition. *videos will be passcode protected and not publicly advertised. Questions on how to record? Please use this guideline: Recording Presentations
- Posters: The recommended poster size is VERTICAL for everyone. The hosting platform does not allow landscape/horizontal posters.
